3. Milestone-Based Refunds
For projects structured around milestones:
- If a project is cancelled before a milestone is completed, you will receive a refund for the portion of work not yet delivered at that milestone.
- Once a milestone has been delivered and approved, payment for that milestone is non-refundable.
- Refund amounts are calculated based on the percentage of work completed relative to the milestone scope.
4. Completed Projects
For fully completed and delivered projects, refunds are not available. However, we will address any defects or issues related to the original project scope at no additional charge within 30 days of final delivery.

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.
6. Limitation of Liability
parallelfactory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures beyond our control.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the date of termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Danmark. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Aarhus, Danmark.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any material time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
